A unique technique is employed to induce a chemical reaction between the microbials and the fuel. With cutting edge technology, the microbials are placed on the surface of the fuel. After the fermentation process takes place, the 200UM particles are refined down to 10UM, while a huge amount of oxygen is accumulated at the surface.
